This is a 30 day listing package extended out to a maximum of 12 months with billing being an auto pay for 12 months
This is a recurring transaction. You can cancel at anytime by contacting us or by logging into your PayPal account and cancelling the subscription.
Here's how it works:
- You fill out the MLS sheet (rooms, sizes, etc)
- You get between 9-25 Photos on MLS depending on your local MLS system.
- We put your home on MLS.
- We include your phone number as the contact so you can set your own appointments.
- We email you the listing agreement and seller's disclosure and information about brokerage forms to fill out.
- We work with you and help you with an e-signature, all of our forms are PDF fillable and easily emailed back to us.
